The “Submit Application” button, located at the bottom of the online application, is dependent on Microsoft Outlook in order for it to send properly. If you do not use Outlook as an email agent, then you will not be able to use this button. There are several other options available for filling out and sending the application. You can click on the "Download Application" link highlighted in blue text below to fill it out using Adobe Acrobat (standard on most PCs and Macs). You can type right into the form’s fields and then save it and attach it to an email using the email account of your choice. You can also print it out and send it as a Fax to (408) 842-5842 or send it by mail to: St. Joseph's Family Center 7950 Church St., Suite A Gilroy, CA 95020 Or just drop it by our office, if that is more convenient. Even if you do not have Outlook, you can still fill out and print the online application using the "Apply Online" link below and get it to us by fax, mail or office drop off. *Before you start filling in the application, please check the previous page for the program that you are interested in volunteering for and the days and time of day you are available, as you will be asked to fill this in on the application. If you leave the online application while you are filling it in and then try and return to it, the form will once again be blank. |
